Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and want you to love your May Came Home jewelry.
But if you’re not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (original and new) condition as when you received it. Please return the item in its original packaging.
If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order, or if the item you want to return isn't in its original condition or is damaged for reasons that occurred after you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com (or call us at 646-902-1350) with your order number, confirmation or receipt. We will then email you an authorization and return shipping instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any approved refund (less any return shipping costs, if we provide you a shipping label) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
If 10 business days have passed, you’ve checked with your bank and credit card company and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 646-902-1350.
Custom or Special Orders
Unless there is a manufacturing error, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on custom or special orders.
