Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance and tracking are included. A signature is required for delivery. We don’t mark up shipping and we don’t charge for handling.
For all in-stock items, we strive to ship orders by the next business day.
Priority Mail typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the U.S., and within 6 to 10 business days in Canada.
When you place an order, we send you a confirmation email. You’ll receive another confirmation email, including the tracking number, when we ship your order.
If you need faster delivery, or if you’d like to place an order for shipment outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us at help@maycamehome.com
Duties, tariffs and customs requirements may apply for orders shipped outside the U.S.
Special Orders
If you’d like one of our pieces in a metal or color you don’t see on our site, we can probably make it. Please contact us at help@maycamehome.com
Custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks. We’ll let you know more precisely when we know what you’re looking for.
The Perfect Gift
You’ve come to the right place. If you’re sending May Came Home jewelry as a gift, please place your order as usual (with the recipient’s information as the shipping address, and yours as the billing address). Then, kindly forward your order confirmation to us (at help@maycamehome.com) with any message you’d like us to include on your behalf.
She’ll be incredibly grateful. (And don’t worry: we won’t tell her what you paid.)
Returns
We stand behind our products and want you to love your May Came Home jewelry.
But if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (original and new) condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order, or if the item you want to return isn't in its original condition or is damaged for reasons that aren't our fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@maycamehome.com with your order number, confirmation or receipt. We will then email you an authorization and return shipping instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any approved refund (less any return shipping costs, if we provide you a shipping label) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
If 10 business days have passed, you’ve checked with your bank and credit card company and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@maycamehome.com
The Unique Nature of Handmade Jewelry
We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry we create. If you see minor imperfections or inconsistencies in the finish and appearance of a piece, please understand that these aren't defects, but the result of the hand-crafted nature of the work that went into making it.
Jewelry Care
- Resin enamel should not be exposed to chemicals, lotions, chlorine or other harsh substances
- Remove jewelry when showering, swimming or exercising
- Clean silver with a soft polishing cloth
Gift Certificates
We don't yet offer gift certificates or codes in our store, but we hope to soon. Stay tuned.
